Day 1: Idaho Falls
ITALY/IDAHO FALLS/ (-/-/D)
“Horse round-up” is the English term that best describes the activity of gathering and moving herds and groups of horses. If, like many of you, you have never experienced rounding up a herd of horses, know that this will probably be the most exciting thing you will ever do on horseback in your life! This is not just a simple trek; it is a real experience! You will ride alongside and keep the herd together for about 20 miles a day; you will start from Warm Spring through desert landscapes that will change throughout the days. You will also experience the mobile camp, very rustic, where you will sleep in a tent and have meals prepared on the fire. A true adventure, definitely not for everyone: the terrain can vary widely, it may be cold or hot, rainy or dusty, relaxing or a constant challenge… anything can happen because this is a truly authentic adventure!
Arrival at Idaho Falls Airport (IDA) is expected in time for the 3:30 PM transfer (USD 100 per person to be paid locally). Transfer to the ranch takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Accommodation in rooms, dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 2:
B/L/D)
Breakfast, horse assignment according to your riding level, and a day in the saddle dedicated to getting familiar with your four-legged companion. Dinner and overnight at the ranch.
Day 3:
B/L/D)
Breakfast, loading horses and luggage onto the van, and departure for Warm Spring. Today we will ride about 20 miles through desert landscapes and canyons. Picnic lunch, and in the afternoon we will arrive at the camp set up near a natural warm spring where we can relax and bathe before a delicious fire-cooked dinner.
Day 4:
B/L/D)
A true cowboy breakfast and breaking camp before setting off for another long day on horseback. Today the landscape will be different, wooded—make sure no horse is left behind! Picnic lunch near a refreshing pond and in the afternoon arrival at the new camp set up at Weber Creek for dinner and overnight.
Day 5:

We will break down the camp and once again saddle up to return to the ranch. Free time in the afternoon to relax. Farewell dinner and overnight at the ranch.
